Thames Homecare Service Ltd started life as Thames Homecare ltd in 2010 and has gone from strength to strength since. Our Care Quality Commission regulated service locations provide regular care calls to people with a wide variety of needs including mobility and health challenges, and people who have received a terminal diagnosis.
Our truly personalised care and support celebrates and reflects individuality, building independence and confidence. Our aim is to transform quality of life for the adults we support. Thames Homecare Service Ltd provides home care services by Live-in Care, Reablement services and who provide pioneering care at home for people with complex health conditions including brain and spinal injuries. Thames HCS Ltd’s services and expertise offer you a unique spectrum of support and continuity if your needs and circumstances change over time.
Providing a home care alternative to traditional residential nursing homes, our focus is on helping clients maintain their sense of independence within the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Offering support to the elderly along with disabled clients of all ages, we look to uphold the dignity of all those we take care of through considerate, compassionate care. We do not only want to be of help to clients themselves but their family and friends, too, in providing reassurance their loved one is in good hands.
Offering a broad range of services, we provide:
Elderly care, including dementia support
Care for adults and children with cognitive and physical disabilities
Reablement support to assist those recovering from illness, accident or hospitalisation
Our services are largely commissioned by local health authorities while we also accept private clients, and our intention is to not only meet regulatory standards but exceed those as well in offering a superior service, upholding the dignity, independence or choices of our clients.
